Affordable Hourly Rates
The Law Firm of Brandon S. Schwartz, P.C. was created for the purpose of providing quality and affordable transactional and dispute resolution legal services to consumers, entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses throughout the State of New York. We utilize the conference room space and mail service of Small Law Firm Suites NYC Financial District, White Plains Executive Suites and Commonspace Work Syracuse to keep our overhead costs low so that we can provide you with quality services at an affordable price.
We offer flat fee and hourly rates at $275 per hour. Our standard up-front retainer is $2,000, and in some cases may be less or more, depending on the amount of work required. We understand that consumers and small businesses have limited amounts of money to spend which is why we’re open to working with your budget to identify all of your options for our services. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Please call us to inquire.
