In my case involving Syracuse University's Academic Integrity allegations, it seemed as if my fate had already been sealed. The school was going to do everything in their power to convict me and their case was very strong. This did not discourage Brandon, however. What can I say? I was recently involved in a contract dispute with three large firms, kind of David versus Goliath legal fight. I immediately contacted Brandon Schwartz, and within 2 hours, I had a phone call with Brandon directly. I was uncertain as to how this would all turn out, knowing that the defendants had very deep pockets. Brandon and his team kept me educated throughout the entire process until we reached a settlement with the defendants. There were some tough conversations along the way, and things that I didn't want to hear. However, the one thing Brandon kept telling me was that regardless of the power of the defendants, I was wronged, and he believed that the court would find in my favor. Well, he was right, as it appears that the defendants came to the same conclusion and acquiesced to a settlement. He was always suggesting ways to lessen the cost of each step; this runs contrary to many law firms that will unnecessarily prolong a case to keep billing you. I really can't say enough great things about Brandon Schwartz and this firm. I feel like we just ended a personal relationship with the conclusion of the case. I hope I never need to call them again other than to say hi or to introduce others to him. However, if I do, I know once again I will be in great hands.

We found Brandon in the nick of time. Our son was accused of cheating in college while he was already on Academic Probation from earlier poor grades - All of this in the midst of him having and recovering from COVID. Other attorneys didn't return calls after speaking with us or said they couldn't help us. Brandon immediately provided advice on how to proceed and guided us through each step. He was knowledgeable about the process and potential outcomes. He spent time to understand all the facts and elicited information from the school that we would not have known to ask. I'd had an irritating legal issue for quite some time concerning a company using my business's name as their own. Eventually it became more of a problem than just an irritation and I posted my issue on NOLO.com to see whether any law firm would take my case. Brandon responded immediately. With very limited funds available I couldn't afford to pay upfront legal fees, but Brandon agreed to take on my case on a contingency basis. I'd originally considered trying to deal with this issue myself with a "sternly worded letter" to the other party, but seeing how stubborn they were over this issue I now realize that I would likely have got nowhere without proper legal representation.
